Eligibility Criteria for MNS 2025

  • Nationality: Indian citizen

  • Gender & Marital Status: Only unmarried female candidates. Widows and divorcees without encumbrances can apply.

  • Education: Passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with minimum 50% marks (in first attempt from a regular board). NIOS is not allowed.

  • Exam: Must have qualified NEET UG

  • Age: 17–24 years (For 2025, Born between 01 Oct 2000 and 30 Sept 2008 for 2025)

  • Physical Standards:

    • Height: 152 cm (148 cm for North-Eastern candidates)

    • Weight: Proportionate to age and height

    • Physically fit as per Armed Forces norms

Selection Process

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

    • General Intelligence and English

    • 40 questions, 2 marks each

    • Negative marking: -0.5 per incorrect answer

  2. Psychological Assessment Test (PAT):

    • Qualifying in nature

  3. Interview:

    • Shortlisted candidates appear for an interview

  4. Medical Examination:

    • Only for those who clear the CBT + Interview

  5. Final Merit List:

    • Based on CBT + Interview scores and medical fitness
